Anyone who lives in the UK will inevitably have heard of Davina McCall because she has been presenting Big Brother and a number of other high profile TV shows for many years now. She has actually become somewhat of a role model for many women because not only is she warm and genuine, but she also has a fantastic body for someone who is in her forties and has had three children.

A lot of people would do absolutely anything to get a body like hers, which is probably why her fitness DVDs sell in such huge numbers. Her new DVD – the Davina Ultimate Target fitness DVD – is already topping the charts, and that is no surprise to me at all.

Considering how much exposure she gets on TV, and the fact that she has a flat and perfectly toned stomach on the cover of her DVD, I can see this DVD selling very well at the start of 2012. From reading various comments on some of the weight loss forums, it is clear that the workouts are always very popular, and are always very effective on the whole.

The other day I cam across a video on Youtube of popular singer Kesha (or is it Ke$ha). It was basically the worst performance I had ever seen. I can’t believe her record label allows her to perform live. This poor girl has no singing talent whatsoever.

Her popular songs all feature her essentially talking in rhyme while autotune software does the rest. The end result is songs that are barely palatable on the radio. But when you strip away the autotune, which is the case when she is on stage, you are left with an uninspired display of anti-talent. Even her male dancers looked as though they were lost and didn’t want to be there. It was the most pathetic video clip I have seen. The only redeeming thing in it was the massive Confetti Cannons Kesha was riding that shoots enough confetti to obstruct everyone’s view of the stage.
